Assists members with opening and closing accounts, answers questions about products and services and resolves problems within his or her authority to resolve.
Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell services to members.
Handles transactions on teller line as needed.
Ensures appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.
Act as liaison between members and various departments.
Maintain member account information on computer system.
Provide service to members waiting in lobby, answer the telephone, and respond to online messages.
Ensure compliance with all applicable credit union policies and procedures.
Experience:
Two years of similar or related experience.
Education:
A high school education or GED.
